Modules that we have implemented are listed below:

• CALENDAR with a view of day, week, month, rooms, provider. By utilizing a calendar, one can schedule a new appointment and can also reschedule an existing appointment.
• PATIENT CHART contains patient information such as primary and demographic information, documents, lab results, vitals, billing, clinical notes, immunizations, medications, and implantable devices.
• By utilizing VISIT PROFILE, the itinerary is adjusted to include realistic time blocks per appointment type. Furthermore, billing codes and core notes are pre-set by appointment, ensuring that similar visits are pre-coded with the relevant codes.
• BILLING PROFILE makes it simple to assign ICD-10, CPT, and NDC codes to the most common procedures. It is possible to ensure that the correct codes are consistently applied. Simply save frequently used diagnoses as a profile to reduce data entry. While scheduling an appointment, one can add as many or as few codes as per requirement and have easy access to the profiles.
• CUSTOM PROCEDURES allows the creation of custom procedures that are not standard CPT codes but are managed by a provider or a clinic for use on the premises for items or services that will not be billed to a patient's insurance.
• The OFFICE MANAGEMENT module enables the addition of new offices. New rooms, as well as resources, can be added to any office. Furthermore, the offices can be scheduled.
• The ACCESS MANAGEMENT module displays information about the roles and permissions assigned to providers and staff members.
• The AUDIT LOG monitors access to and activity within EHR systems to document who may have accessed the record for administrative, clinical, and security/privacy purposes, as well as to provide a potentially valuable alternative source of information.
